We all have to start somewhere. And this post is my start, well at least on this blog it is. Many times before I’ve tried. Started well, and then faltered. It’s not as easy as you’d first think writing a blog!
So where have I gone wrong in the past? Well, I think I’ve tried to follow advice. You know the sort. If you want to get and keep readers then keep to a topic/ meme. Write consistently and keep it interesting. All very sound advice I’d have to say. Apart from the bit about keeping to a topic. Perhaps it’s my own fault for taking that too literally, in trying to rigourously follow that rule, I’ve left myself struggling to find things to write.
This time it’s going to be different. This is a general blog, where I’m going to write about anything and everything that’s of interest to me. Be that politics, technology, or anything else out there. I’ve always got an opinion, however misinformed it often is. This blog is going to be my platform to just get it out there.
So where did the blogs name and title come from? Well I’m from the North East of England, and up here there’s a dialogue of spoken English called “Geordie”, I’m not really down with it, but I thought it was a good way to get past the, what should I call my blog? problem.
